"Chaos"

I have just made my second visit to Morrisons cafe Starbeck and it is getting worse.

None of the auto ordering systems are working. The member of staff taking orders is running backwards and forwards doing 3jobs. Having waited in a queue to oder we have now waited 20mins for our food. Wake up Morrisons you are losing customers and money..
