"Rude & Agresive"

Unfortunately a Negative Review

Refused to except a small parcel to post first class signed for due to the fact that stamps had already been applied towards payment & attempted to sell a postage label to apply over the stamps not allowing there value to be taken into consideration or I could take it to the main post office.

When I informed him politely that I didn't believe this to be true he became aggressive & shouted that I wasn't welcome in his shop & ordered me to leave.

Firstly I would like to point out to the aggressive shop keeper that I had walked past the "Main Post Office" to get to the small independent shop as I always try to spend with smaller businesses & intended to make an additional purchase.

Secondly the stamp on the parcel had been purchased from his location earlier in the year along with a postage label.

Sadly a very angry & aggressive individual & as a result a formal complaint has been made to The Post Office customer service..
