"Baked Fish &Chips"

I have used this shop for years . At off t peak times food is 're heated in the frier The resulting food is saturated in Greece that can be squeezed out with a fork.I very much once liked the fishy cakes but these now appear to be batches cooked and stored in the heated cabinet above the range.When I get them home the batter shatters with a knife and the fish inside has shrunk.The sign above the shop say's freshly cooked please return to your former glory . Ps these problems don't appear at your Knaresborogh Shop.

Please help.
