"Rude & Unhelpful"

I attempted to drop a parcel here today in line with Amazon's "Pass My Parcel "service.

The owner was very reluctant to accept this due to its size and the fact that it was a weekend and would not be collected by the carrier until the following Tuesday. This would have been acceptable if he had been at all polite but he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Everything was too much trouble. I do hope that he is not being paid a huge premium for offering a service which he is clearly not willing to provide. I would certainly not try and do the same here again and would not recommend anyone to shop here!.
