"No show postman yet again"

A review of Royal Mail by Chris sp[encer written on Monday 18th of September 2017

I dont understand why just because I live in a rural area - off the main road, the

postman can pick and chose when to deliver my post. I thought I paid taxes for services such as post delivery.
