"No Mail for 3 days (including my neighbour)"

No mail for the last 3 days and as I am expecting an important solicitor's letter from the USA I'm extremely worried. Neighbour confirmed she also has had no post for 3 days. Tried to phone today 18/02/17 but their phone out of order!.

On top of that we are continuously getting letters for the same no. as ours for a different street , as is that householder. Neighbour just confirmed she too has the same problems with delivery . Sorting Office? get sorted out please.
