"Our taxi was a NO-SHOW at the airport"

Booked a taxi to pick us up from Manchester airport to take us to Harrogate and the car never showed up. We booked well in advance. We phoned the company when we couldn't find any car waiting for us and were told to take a train. Very dismissive and poor customer service. As it turns out, the train was quite easy and quick so we got to our location easily but that does not excuse the behavior of the cab company..
