"THEY SHRUNK BY DUVET AND SAID IT HAPPENS"

I took my kingsize duvet here to have a 30 degree wash.

When I got home I put the duvet on my bed and it was the size of a single duvet.

THEY HAD SHRUNK MY DUVET.

I rung up the owner and he said to go back to the shop.

once I had arrived he basically SAID TOUGH LUCK it happens sometimes.

He said he would only refund me the money for the laundry service.

I had paid £200 for my special duvet and this is clearly not acceptable !!!!

I have the feeling that this is not the first time the company has had this problem, everyone is human and mistakes happen but the way I was dealt with was despicable.
