Recently under new management the tea room is a good looking tea room tucked away in the back of westminster arcade. Tonsay the service is poor is to give bad service a bad name. There is no order or any understanding how to run a business. We tried to order a cream tea but they had none nor ham or chicken or anything on the menu. I ended up having a can of coke .
